Educational Background:

• My passion for design led me to earn a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the California College of Arts and Crafts in 1984.
• Following my education, I dedicated 15 years to the design field, honing my creative and aesthetic skills.
• In 1989, I established Big Island Designs in Hilo, Hawaii, which I successfully owned and managed until 1999.

Real Estate Journey:

• In 1999, I transitioned into the real estate industry, obtaining my real estate license in Las Vegas, Nevada.
• During my time in Las Vegas, I had the privilege of working with prominent and new homebuilders Pardee Homes and Prudential Americana Berkshire Hathaway.
• In 2006, I expanded my horizons by acquiring my broker’s license in Oregon, where I founded Arch Design Investment Realty.
• In 2009, I took a significant step in my career by merging my real estate expertise with Coldwell Banker Holman Premier Realty.
• In 2011, I obtained my real estate license in Mexico, marking a significant milestone in my career.
• Demonstrating my commitment to excellence, I earned my broker designation in 2015 through AMPI 51, Puerto Penasco, La Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales (The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals), where I hold Agent #688 credentials. Since then, my primary objective has been to promote and sell properties in the stunning landscapes and pristine beaches of Mexico.
